The two queens that I ordered came in great condition and right on time! Plus as a new nubee the instructions that came with them were helpful.

I am a third generation Beekeeper. My Grandfather, Father and myself have all been using Kelley's for as far back as I can remember. Quality of their products is second to none and their people are always really friendly when talking to them on the phone. I am really happy they started the free shipping on amounts over $99.00 as this really helps me out. Sometimes I need things and can not afford shipping cost so I find it locally and the quality is never as good. Excellent Business with an Excellent reputation.

Products I have ordered (bees and a queen over the last 2 years) have arrived in good shape. My credit card wasn't charged until the item was shipped. I was a little disappointed when it took my new queen so long to ship. I would have preferred to have her about a week earlier.
Have had excellent customer service after losing live bees thanks to my local US Post Office.
We just received our order today. We were pleased with the packaging and fast delivery! We were also very happy with the awesome customer service we received when we called to make a change to our order. We will certainly use them again and again!
I have had two experiences with Kelley Beekeeping so far, both have been beyond expectation. On both occasions they went above and beyond in order to take care of me. The frames and other supplies I ordered were of excellent quality. I have purchased supplies from several other companies and these were the first frames I received that I thought were of a decent enough construction to last.
