RecommendedOrdered a hive, they shipped within a day and it arrived a couple of days later. But on top of that, their customer service was superior! Quick to respond and provided help over and above what would be expected. Highly recommended. The other negative comments seem to be Covid related and they seem to be doing great now.
PLEASE Keep your online items inventory information updated! OUT of STOCK items must be stated as OUT OF STOCK and please STOP misled customers by false information!
Not impressed at all. This was my first time trying to order from Kelley. I ordered a month ago and my items still have not shipped. The items I ordered were not listed as out of stock online. I had to call several times to find out the status of my order. Promise after promise that they were coming in and going to be shipped out I finally had to cancel my order and ask for a refund. Got my package this morning. Very few dead bees. Queen and all attendants doing well and in the hive.
We used to love Kelley Bees but we found that their customer service is abysmal. They sold us a dead hive and wouldn’t provide a refund, credit, apology, empathy, anything. The customer services women we spoke with said that they don’t give refunds in anything once it has left their property. We explained that we weren’t allowed to inspect the hive before leaving because of COVID19 and the way they didn’t allow anyone to get out of their vehicles. We are so disappointed. we ordered our bees at Farm and Home on 2/21/20 (we have the receipt). we get an automated message on our voicemail on 4/18/20 saying our bees would arrive on 4/21/20. well its been a week and no bees. we called Farm and Hone. they said to call Kelley Beekeeping. we called Kelley they said they couldn't find any of our info. They didn't care that we had a receipt or the shipping notification email. just basically didn't care. very disappointed to say the least. our only recourse is to reverse the charges on our card.
