I bought two hive stands in the past which were fine. This year I ordered two more - the pieces were cut incorrectly and to make matters worse, I called customer service to explain the issue and it’s going on one month and I still haven’t heard anything. I ended up cutting/making my own parts. Customer service is terrible - no call back. Plus no notification of shipping. Not sure I’ll do business here again. The got two stars as the first order seemed fine.
I ordered 100 shallow frames with plastic foundation and was told they would ship in a week . On my ship dste i got a call that until further notice you were not going to have shalllow plastiic foundation . I camcelled the the order and ordered from one of your competitors. I really needed tje items and the lost week was a problem . I was a loyal kelley customer and now because of your competitors quick response i will order from them now..
I have purchased 9 hives, several queens, and many more accessories from Kelley Beekeeping over the past 2 years. I find them to be quality products with customer service that is completely top notch. Fast shipping.
Horrible customer service
Received two packages of dead bees, took over a month for them to replace after multiple calls and emails poor communication from them, beyond frustrating, wouldn't recommend to anyone, would an I'm sorry be too much to ask for?
I just got into beekeeping and picked up my 1st nuc at Kelley this past Saturday (5/19). The folks at Kelley really know their stuff and the entire experience was super (pun intended!).
