Have always had a great experience with the company. Had an item missing from a pick up order over the weekend. They got it in the mail the same day. A+ in my book.
A bit late on the quoted delivery date, but it worked out perfectly. Dry, sunny and warm--which took a while to finally get way up here in Erie County, NY. Thanks as always--you guys are the best.

This place is a joke ordered bees paid $500-600 for 3 hives. They said 2-3 day shipping bees showed up in 5 days, all dead. They sent new ones bees sat at there facility according to tracking for 5 days then went to Detroit where they are still sitting can't get a straight answer besides that we have to wait for USPS to claim them as lost in transit which takes 15 days. We are not a big farm so we can't afford to put more money out there for bees. So we get no bee's this year. They claim that they understand but if you did y... read more
Just received my package of Russians. Healthy and vibrant. I've used Kelly's for years and have always been pleased with their products. This is the first time that I've bought bees from them. BTW, Kelly's staff, I know that this has been a challenging year for all keepers due to the crazy weather, but you really should improve communicating with buyers of bee packages. Otherwise, Great company.
I ordered bees through the local farm store who sells a lot of Kelly bee supplies and the bees came from Kelly and came in 80% dead. I called Kelly and they were very courteous and shipped another box of bees which came in a week and were 95% alive. I am very happy with all the things that I have ordered from Kelly or were Kelly brand from the local farm store. A good place to get your bee supplies. Thanks.

4 Years ago I bought 3 Italian queens from Kelly's and you sent them out regular slow ground mail not next day as everyone else does. The queens got lost and were shipped all over the East Coast before they arrived at my post office, the poor queens were in transit for 9 days. I got the boxes and feed the attending bees with her and placed them in the hives, where they all died inside their shipping cages in just a few days.
