Customer service is not very good. I can never get a person to talk to about my issues. Very frustrating
Go back to being kellys bees, 3 orders now, and all of them messed up, cost me 300 dollars at least for dead bees the first order, shipped to wrong address, stayed on truck for weeks, ordered queens to save, sent to wrong address, took months to get queens, latest one, this week ordered queens, lost again, sent 3 e-mails, no reply, they could at least tell me they are not going to ship so I can order somewhere else, use to be the best now completely worthless , never buy from these people.
Dead queens , dead bees , terrible service no replacement . Stay away from this place or even better run away !!!
Terrible customer service. Dead bees, dead queen, called and got answering service two days ago. Still no call back. Called and got "answering service" again today, no help at all. Steer clear of these guys.

Quality of woodenware is terrible! Joints are off by as much as 1/8 inch, pieces of hive bodies are different sizes, nuc box pieces are split in half. Bind monkeys must be doing the millwork.

I had been a long time customer of Kelley's almost 30 years but since Mann Lake bought them out they are dropping alot from their catalog and raising prices. looks like they won't be getting any referral from me.
