I have had nothing but wonderful dealings with Kelley Beekeeping. So far, I have placed 7 orders, and only had a small issue with one which they took prompt action to correct, and did way more than I expected them to do.
Recently received an order in good condition that was shipped really quickly. I started to not order from them after seeing the negative reviews, and I am writing this review to assure others that at least this time they got it right. I will be ordering from them again.
Drove down to pick up supplies. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved the visit!
I took off Saturday from work. Checked my catalog for stores hours, open 8-2 cst. I drove hour and a half and arrived at 12:20 to find hours have changed to 8-12. Waste of a day. Thanks.
Kelley's is an amazing company. Their production facilities are state-of-the-art, their showroom is well stocked, and the employees are friendly and dedicated to serving their customers.
My grandfather kept bees my whole life, always going through Kelley for his bees and supplies. When I decided to go out and start my own hives two years ago, he handed me their 1999 catalog and told me to get whatever I needed from Kelley. I've never been disappointed with their products and their service. USPS is usually the common denominator for any issues with bees.
