Alan is an exceptional business owner, He was able to get to my problems taken care of fast, took care of them very professionally and is reasonable on prices. If you need work done to your mobile home, I would highly recommend him. He is very honest, up front and gets right to the problem. He also is very knowledgeable. I've been doing business so long with Allen that he is a good friend. And once again, he came through for me when I ran into a furnace problem. He had the right parts - again. I've bought doors, windows, heater vents, furnace, and furnace parts, water heater, and a bunch of other stuff. You need it? Chances are (1000 to1) he's got it. Thanks, Allen. I live in a modular home and I could not get any parts ,screens and doors from a bigger parts place ,but price and attitude was so bad and was not listening so l left and went to Alan's and he was polite and had a rough look but you will never find a man that's been in business for at least 40 years as so it seem ,don't jude someone who has worked and owned his own place and if you would check in sure he has do ixed furnaces and water heaters and other mobile home parts and if you you know him he is is over the age of retiem... read more
