Horrible Experience – I have been an exemplary tenant for 13 months and my AC went out in 113 degree weather. I called K&J's emergency help line only to be told to reset the breakers.. I did this and the Ac still didn't work. I called the after hours number again and again, to no avail.. Have you ever tried to sleep in your home when it's 97 degrees?? Do you have a dog? Been with him since '96 – I met the owner of Keller Jadd in 1996 when he was with Americana. At that time he managed five properties for me. At this time I am down to two properties but still a client of Mr Keller. The longivety of this business relationship says it all.

HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! – I HAVE LEASED THREE HOMES FORM KELLER N' JADD OVER THE LAST 7 YEARS. I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THEM TO BE ATTENTIVE TO MY NEEDS AS A TENANT. ALL OF MY MAINTENANCE REQUESTS WERE HANDLED WITH THE UP MOST CARE FOR MY LIVING CONDITIONS. THIS IS WHY I STAYED WITH THEM AS A RENTER. I WAS ABLE TO BUY A HOME AND MOVED OUT RECENTLY. BEST MANAGEMENT – I have rented two Keller N Jadd homes and have not had any problems with the company. In fact when my AC went out last summer it was fixed the next day and one month when I was a little short on money they were very understanding and waived all my late fees since I had never been late before. I left the home in good condition but it did need a light cleaning and a little touch up paint and i still got my whole deposit back. I have not had any issues with the house i am in now but I fully trust Keller N Jadd... read more

worthless thieves – these people are evil. a hint should have been that any time i called to talk to my case worker that person wasn't there anymore. so i would have to start over with issue descriptions. rick keller is an a33hole jew piece of sh#t. my rent was paid b4 the first every month. they never cleaned the carpet, never cleaned the grout, couldn't even tell me my mailbox number. when i moved out after (6) months they were trying to charge me for the front yard landscape maintenance, which was taken care of by the hom... read more
