ALERT: BAD – I you are not renting from Keller n' Jade, RUN FAST. I moved in to the property, the "it will be ready by the time you move in", is a lie. The house was such a mess, cat urine in kitchen pantry, concrete in dish washer, insects in the dryer, trash in the house, air conditioner broken, the list when on and on. I paid 5600.00 to move into a house with so many problems, that it took one Clark County housing investigator to write him up before Keller lifted a finger and 21unsupervised workmen to fix it. Not Good Bussines – I rent with Keller and Jadd, and I had a really bad experience. They trying to charge me for all the damages the property had before I move in! what a rip off! They charge the repairs of the damages 10 times more expesive that they really are. If you nee to rent in Las Vegas stay away of this Company.

Fantastic Property Management & Real Estate Co. – I do not know how this company could possibly have bad reviews. I have found Mr. Keller and his staff to be very courteous and professional. For as large as this company is, I have always felt as though I was their only client. Mr. & Mrs. Keller have made certain that my two properties are handled efficiently while communicating with me on a regular basis the status of events surrounding the management . Keller N Jadd – I, like everyone else on here had problems with them answering or returning calls. Upon move out I cleaned the heck out of the house and they came back and said that it wasn't clean enough and that because of that it was going to take longer to get my deposit back. I had a problem with some appliances and they took forever to get someone out there but when it was something for them it needed to be immediately. I DO NOT recommend them to anyone unless you want to have problems.

GREAT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY – J.M.J. As an out of state Las Vegas homeowner in need of a property manager, I have never been steered wrong by this company. If my unit needs anything, I am immediately referred to the most reliable and best priced service companies in town. If I have any concerns about the condition of my unit or tenant applications, I am immediately put at ease without being treated in a condescending manner. Horrible company-deserve no stars – We have rented several houses in the past and have always been very good tennants and we've NEVER experienced the problems/treatment that we have from Keller and Jadd. We are renting a home from this company and we are extremely frustrated, dissatisfied, and sick of these people. For Those Who Live Under The Same Heaven. – I truly cannot believe how a group of people involed in Keller n Jadd can be so quick to ecept your money but not follow through with maintaining to give a client his or her moneys worth.My wife and i saved every cent,which wasnt much but to have a place to call home for our 5 children at the time of 2004-06 and as ambarassing as it was and humiliating.My children and i were forced to vacate out of our home in 110 degree heat and with a child less than a year old.Going on 2-3 days ... read more

The WORST Rental Management Company EVER! – Do not use them! They are all unreliable people who care nothing for their tenants or properties. None of their employees ever go on the property to ensure it is safe, clean and ready to rent and then promise it is and refuse to compensate or accept responsibility when they fail to meet their own promises and requirements set by law. Fraudulent Company and business practices!
