Renters Beware – They offer NO renter protection- they and the owner are ALWAYS right. You will pay for repairs and damages that they say you caused, even when it's not possible. I left that property in better condition than when I moved in, and still lost my deposit. Staff didn't care. They also charge $5 a month to pay your rent online. You are responsible for repairs under $100. Try and call them to get a repair done, it takes call after call after call. Avoid Avoid Avoid – Keller N' Jadd is so poorly run- I have to sit on the phone and INSIST that someone take my call, rather than leave a message that no one will call me back about. They can't keep their records straight- I pay my rent on time each month and was sent a NASTY letter that I was late not once but twice. Never an apology from anyone- and that is the biggest problem. This company is a joke – The employess in this company are arrogant from the top down. They don't return any phone calls and when they say they will call you back they don't. I really can't understand why any property owner would use them to manage their property. They can't even manage their own office. And in many cases they won't take your call let alone return your call. Plus they won't address any of your renter problems and if the problem is under $100 it is all on the renter. Worst Property Management – I am not re-newing the lease on the home I currently rent strictly because of this company and the problems I have had with them the 12 months. They have a very inexperienced staff that simply does not know how to handle the tasks they are asked to deal with. They are unprofessional and very scatter brained. Great Customer Service!!!! – We at Keller n' Jadd pride our selves with the level of customer service that is provided by all of our staff. We have managed and leased over 3000 properties in over a twenty year period. We do not like negative feedback but we do realize the importance of reviewing a companys performance. Do NOT do business with this company! – This company has absolutely appalling customer service, and their overall way of doing business with people is the worst I've ever experienced in my life. The girl helping us (my boyfriend and I) out with checking this home to rent was extremely rude in rushing us with reading and signing important documents.
