Terrible customer service! – Interesting to see the owner of the company claiming that only one person is complaining on this site, when in fact I've read almost a dozen negative reviews,. Horrible response time with tenants... – Beware interested tenants...I was very hopeful and excited with our new move. Our relator even said that Keller N Jadd was a reputable company. I am very independent, I do not need any hand holding but issues that we ran into that could only be resolved with the owner through their company took way tooo tooo tooo long. Unprofessional, Condescending, and Unethical! – Should there be any property management company to avoid, it is Keller & Jadd. My wife and I had very similar experiences to the previous reviews of not returning phone calls, denying responsibility to their properties, and overall rudeness and condensation (especially co-owner Kristen Keller). A Happy Tenant – In viewing this site today, I felt I should give my story regarding Keller N Jadd. I rented a property from Keller N Jadd for about 4 years. I paid my rent on time, had a few maintenance items, one by the way, being air conditioning. Keller n Jadd always took care of me right away. The air conditioner was out for a total of 16 hours before repaired. I left the property clean and in good condition and received my entire security deposit back. 5 STAR BUSINESS – Keller N Jadd has been managing my property for 13 years. The staff has always been attentive to my needs and I have never seen two owners so available in any company of any business. At one point my tenants left my property in a shamble, and Keller N Jadd had it turned around and rerented in 20 days. They even collected damages above what the tenants paid in security through their efforts and hard work.I would highly reccomend this company to anyone who is in need of management.
True Professionals! – Keller n Jadd manages two investment properties of mine and are hands down the best property manager in town. The ownership and staff are friendly, competent, and professional. I don't have to do anything but pay my mortgage every month. They handle all tenant issues from maintenance and repairs to tenant concerns. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of property management.
Unprofessional through and through – I used to work at Keller n Jadd, and believe me, they are very unprofessional. They never return phone calls, and most of the time clients have to sit on hold until they get around to taking the calls. They leave potential leasees waiting in the reception area forever. Unfair/Unproffesional Company – Only a few words this company is a joke they care nothing of thier renters and they are completely unprofessional.. We rented a house from them and came to find out that it had mold in it.. They are refusing to give us our deposit back at the moment which i will not settle for. Seems they are listing things like Misc. Repairs 200 dollars ....EXCUSE me are you serious!
