Keller and Jadd managed my property for 7yrs. I was very satisfied with the tenants that were found for my property, the rent was paid on time and basically there we very few, just normal problems. When problems did occur they were handled by the staff in a timely professional manor. The maintenance department, Troy in particular did a great job working with the warranty company and finding other sources to get things done at a fair price.
