Great and helpful staff in Customer Service
Umara
Make sure to read their return/ exchange policy and you may also want to size DOWN from whatever their size chart says as it’s not exactly accurate. They do NOT accept returns, even if the bag is unopened. They also currently charge an exchange fee PER ITEM in addition to shipping costs. Some of their costumes have a nice design, but not exactly worth the money you will lose if you end up having to make any exchanges.
