Irresponsible staff that does not verify address information. They do not care about their clientele, and once they do not feel like responding to you, they will copy paste their responses
Costumes are cheaply made...2 out of my 9 costumes had a strap that just completely ripped right off, could have been really bad if it happened while my dancers were on stage. I also had one come in with the crystal appliqué sewn completely crooked. I waited 2 months for these costumes to come in only for them to look like a child sewed them all. Wouldn't recommend.
