State farm is a scam. There were signs but someone referred them so I didn't listen. First he keep quoting my home below value. An independent appraiser came out and proved my house was worth what all other insurance companies were quoting. On 23rd my pipe froze and broke as a result we had to cut our water off because it floods our basement and leaks through the light switch. Do not depend non state farm to find and pay for a tow when you need it ( even thoughyou pay for it on your full coverage part of your policy), my vehicle disabled 9:30 pm on the 23rd and no one came for me even the courtesy left they promised it was 18degees and I could walk due to wild dogs in the area . I finally called the sheriff's department and it is now dec 26th and I've been all day on the phone on Christmas eve and the day after and they still have not picked up my vehicle . I would not use State Farm Insurance if you paid me. After 30 years, three homes and multiple vehicle and life insurance policies we could not get them to replace our roof. We suffered a horrible storm in March 2022. All of our neighbors surrounding us have had their roofs replaced due to this storm. State Farm denied our claim. I hit a deer on November 4 and it has taken nearly 2 months. State Farm low ball the repair estimates. Still have not sent an adjuster for the repair shop supplement request. Lousy insurance company.

State Farm does not work in your best interest. I have been trying for weeks for them to send and appraiser out to the body shop to look at my car and they absolutely refuse! There is a 3600 difference in what the repair shop says needs done and what State Farm is agreeing to pay. All could be fixed by sending an adjuster out there to look at my vehicle instead of relying on pictures. The body shop has the proof! Where do I start. Called State Farm on November 7th 2022 to get a quote on a new car I was going to purchase. About a hour later they called me back with the quote and I said to go ahead and put the new car on the policy started that day since I was going to pick it up the next day November 8th. They charged me when I had cancelled my insurance policy. I received a call two weeks ago from Im assuming the corporate office saying they were issuing a refund. I called the 800 to see the status of that refund and they told me my previous agent noted that there was going to be no refund. I called my previous insurance agent Daniel Kroll and he stated that he would not help me unless I took my 1 star review down. I’ve had the WORST experience dealing with State Farm for an accident in which my parked vehicle was backed into which resulted in damages that made my vehicle unsafe to drive. They have used every excuse in the book to deny giving me a rental, even when my car is in the shop being worked on.
