Terrible build quality, even worse customer service. Really poor quality house, so many issues with it. Would absolutely never recommend Keepmoat to anyone, incredibly poor value for money, and the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with.
Buying of the house went well but once they have you they completely forget. Customer Care is absolutely appalling and don’t try contacting them for any emergencies outside of working hours. I have no electricity on the ground floor and I was told as some sockets work go and buy lamps. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
