Helped to identify a problem with a ring (not bought from them) completely for free. The lady had a lot of empathy and was very genuine. Amazing service. We felt very welcome.

What a wonderful experience! I requested an appointment online and was quickly contacted by Pippa to book us in. We were looking at engagement rings and were assisted by Niamh on the day. She took us upstairs so we had privacy and offered us drinks whilst I tried some on. She was very friendly and talked to us about the history of Kayes, the owner and the premises which we really enjoyed. I loved how she personally selected a few other options for me to try on. I visited Kayes to view an engagement ring - easily and quickly arranged a booking by email. I was assisted by Pippa and Gill both of whom were lovely and extremely helpful. Kayes really want to help you make the right decision, and there was absolutely no pressure put on me, which I had felt slightly at other jewellers. They put you at ease and help you out especially with information around diamonds and rings which can be confusing to a newcomer. Kayes are fantastic! We ended up there a couple of months before our wedding - I had found a beautiful engagement/wedding ring at another high street jeweler that was exceedingly expensive, so we went to Kayes to see if they could recreate a similar platinum ring with sapphire jewel and diamond band within our budget and before our wedding date and Pippa made it happen!
