Every aspect of the visit went well. I enjoyed the dog show on the television! Thank you for your excellent care. Gail does an outstanding job.

After the hygienist,Nina, had finished cleaning my teeth, Dr. Kaufman came in to check my mouth, but he never did. We talked of upcoming app'ts instead. However, I was charged $74. for having my mouth checked. I discovered this after I checked my receipt for my payment. What should be done about this?
I had a very bad experience getting a full X-ray-- Gayle was great as usual. The X-ray device made me gag. After four or five attempts I left fearing too much radiation. Also my stomach was upset. I never had such an experience before. Cannot understand it.
Amelia was great and very attentive while performing my exam. She actually gave me good advice on how to really clean the back teach (although I tried it last night and I cannot quite get the concept). Overall a great visit.

I had an implant performed and was scared to have it done. Dr. Kaufman explained the process and put me at ease. Angel let me know she's had it done also and she made me feel so comfortable. She checked on me each time I came to an appointment. However, the entire staff was great.
