I am glad to see that the office is going paperless. This will be a big improvement on an antiquated billing system.
While I'm not much of a TV watcher, I'd think dentist offices with TVs at the chairs should pay a lot of attention to where the screen is (so the torture victu..I mean client can see it) and what is on. There's a screen at the chair but I can't see it well (and it was off), remvoing from you a tool that sometimes helps me.
I wish Dr. Kaufman himself could have explained my situation, instead of the person who cleaned my teeth.
As usual great care and service. Accommodated my last minute need for a new inlay.
As usual, the service was excellent!
Completely satisfied as always. I especially like the phone call several hours later to see how I was doing.
