Nina is always terrific - she has to do a lot of work on my teeth but she is very gentle. I feel like she cares about my oral hygiene and is thinking of ways to help (recommending electric toothbrush, mouthwash, checking to see that I *really* know how to floss). Also, the ladies who handle the billing/payments are really nice. The blonde lady especially - sorry not to know her name - has corrected errors or explained billing several times. From the first appointment I had years ago now to the present I have always been very pleased. I can't think of anything to change. I have also been pleased with his referrals to other dental associates (i.e oral surgeon) when needed.
Everyone there ln the office is great.
Hygienist is experienced, however the Dr. Lisa Minkowski is bad. She seems like very busy and doesn't want to communicate with the patient at all. She checked my teeth very briefly and made my teeth feel so painful. The gum of both side of my teeth swelled for several days after her examination. A very bad job, especially her attitude as a dentist, so bad!
Would like to be seated at time if scheduled due to parking. When not seated for a half hour past appt time, you risk the chance of getting ticketed.
I got a cleaning with Gail and things went very well. Enjoyed talking to staff!!
My dentist whose name I still do not know did not introduce herself to me. I figured out that she was a dentist 5 minutes or so after she was examining my mouth. The hygienist was great she was very polite and seem to be compassionate about her job
I've been under Kauffman care for 40 years, and I'm smiling about it all the time. Best teeth care.
I was in to see Gail to have my teeth cleaned. As usual, she was professional and caring. angel was there, she gave me a warm greeting. I also met Dr. Minkowski for the first time; she appeared to be friendly and knowledgeable.
