I was initially hesitant to visit this place due to some negative reviews, but I’m so glad I did. The lady who did my nails today was friendly, polite and also very attentive to my preferences. I will definitely be back for infills.

Came in 4 days ago for infills. A new customer may I say and they are Very rude. They will talk in their language whilst looking and laughing at you, my nail fell off and they wanted to charge me £5 to fix it even though it was less then 48 hours! I refused and they continued talking in their language whilst looking at me in disgust. Never again.

Hadn’t heard great things about this establishment but I was desperate pre holiday to get some nail work and thought how bad could it be, I only needed some old gel removed and a new set on. The customer service is pretty abrupt, the gel removal was kind of painful, I think they took too much nail surface off with the dermal planer - ouch. I wasn’t asked what length I wanted my nails so he only filed them back very slighty and seemed to get a bit annoyed when I asked for shorter.
