I’m writing this in English to reach as many people as possible. After my recent experience, I understand why this store has so many negative reviews online. Which is a shame in the end, because the products themselves are actually decent; the real big problem is the service, and part of the staff they have in store. I went in to buy lighting for my home and was immediately met by an unfriendly kassa medewerker. The worst part, however, was at the package collection desk.
