Really pleased with the cut. Sadly very unreliable and has failed to turn up for 2 booked appointments since.
Made an appointment but she didn't turn up. No explanation. No call. Not impressed.
First time using Karen's services and will definitely use again. She arrived on time and cut my just as I asked. It is now manageable and tidy, so much better. Thank you Karen
