I signed up for lawn service and was told someone would be out promptly to service my lawn. It took a week for someone to come and the tech came in a downpour. It took a long while for someone to come for my second treatment and at the time I was having my septic tank pumped and the tech didn't want to wait 10-15 minutes for them to finish and he said he would be back that afternoon or the next day. Had this service for over 10 years, This year, the tech has done a horrible job!!! Does not clean the sidewalk of the pellets , I track them into the house and onto the pool deck where some got into the wa ter and caused a big phosphate problem which took time and money to correct, Keep telling them to please clean the sidewalk but I guess the tech can't read. Not sure if they are using the same stuff as last year but my lawn has more weeds and crabgrass than previous years. Not sure if I will keep this service .

This company will come out to fertilize your yard without telling you if you have used them the year before. It's a case where the contract is FOREVER if you don't actively notify them to stop. A devious way to get customers, it seems to me. Beware.

Terrible experience. A month after having Kapps apply fertilizer and weed control, I have lines from where the application was applied. It looks like the 1920’s convict suits. Buyer beware!
