Great service providing 19 ton's of driveway #57 stone for my in-laws. Quick response to my inquiry and happy to change my initial order once I discovered I had not ordered enough. Sub-contractors Jorge and Adrian were excellent at spreading and leveling. Delivery driver Evan was great at placing where we wanted each load dumped and was quick to return with each new load. Dispatcher Thomas was very helpful throughout the day with my communications. We will use this company again!
Had a really good experience with this company. Ordered 12 yards of their 50-50 garden soil and was very pleased with the quality. Tom was a joy to work with in the office even though I was a huge pain in the butt and kept changing my mind about how much soil I needed. Luis delivered the soil expertly down our narrow driveway and made a nice tidy pile. Could not be happier and will definitely be a repeat customer if we ever need mulch or soil again. Thank you!
I feel bad leaving a negative review since this company clearly has many satisfied customers. However, I ordered “double shredded” mulch for landscaping and what was delivered was extremely rough, poorly shredded wood with many very large pieces throughout. The shovel in the photo shows what was coming up in nearly every scoop. This was after only a few shovelfuls, and it did not improve throughout the pile. I needed 14 cubic yards of compost and inquired from many vendors. Capital mulch was by far the least expensive option including delivery and installation. They were running late due to unforeseen circumstances and kept me updated. Tom and Parker were very kind and respectful and finished the installation very neatly and in timely manner. I will definitely use their services again.
Excellent all the way through the experience. Easy to place order, fair pricing, great communication, on time delivery and impecable installation. I have used other providers in the past and by far the service with Capital Mulch Co. was truly + five stars! I highly recommend using them for any landscaping needs!
