Price was reasonable, crew arrived on time, they were friendly, courteous and efficient. They got the job done quickly and exactly the way I wanted. What more could I ask for?
I’ve used capital mulch company, now owned by mulch man, three or four times and I have always been very pleased with both the product and service. The ordering process is super easy, the administrator follows up immediately to schedule and they’ve always been on time with deliveries. The drivers take care to drop the mulch without damaging your property. The mulch spreading service is a good value and the guys do a fantastic job and clean up well. I highly recommend capital mulch / mulch man!
UPDATE 4/2025: I unfortunately am downgrading my original 5 star review. The service, delivery and installation are still a 5 star experience as mentioned in my original review below. The product, however, was very lack luster once it was put to use. I started placing my plants into my new beds that should be full of nutrients as I paid for Garden Compost not top soil. Great customer service and updates. Top soil is great and delivery was excellent and placed where I needed it. Louis the driver was very professional and great to work with. Great experience from the first person Tom I spoke to to placing the order.
Best price I found, and I didn't have to order a minimum of 5 yards to get delivery. Driver was on time and polite, dropped my order exactly where I wanted it, even though my driveway is up a hill. Would not hesitate to use again.
