We were looking for some rocks to paint with our kids to leave for visitors of our free little library. My mom called and staff were so helpful over the phone and especially in person. They gave excellent information and helped with making decisions about the product we were looking for. Although we didn’t buy a large number of rocks, the staff were very helpful in the store and offered to help pick out the rocks. This is a really nice place to shop. The staff are super friendly whether in person or on the phone (thank you Celine you are amazing)! They have samples for you to take and they even offer free consultations for landscaping projects, so really great service from start to finish. We sell landscape supplies, anything from gravel and stone slabs for patios to tools and seed and fertilizer, it is really a one stop shop if you are in need! Best service! We bought river wash rock and a 1300 pound boulder from them. They are a family run business. They dealt us with respect and most importantly their delivery person Kirpal was very cooperative, he did everything to ensure the boulder is positioned the way we wanted. They have made us a life time customer. .
Great experience at Whyte Ave Landscaping Supplies. The yard staff were extremely helpful and gave me great ideas on how to style and use the natural stone I bought. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. The stone quality was excellent and the customer service honestly stood out. Definitely recommend them for landscaping materials in Edmonton.
I came into the store to order some crushed gravel for a parking pad and was greater with a friendly hello from Rose who helped me. What an intelligent young lady! She is such a wonderful addition to the business. She helped me figure out how much gravel I needed, made me feel welcome and I felt like a valued customer.
