I adopted my last two beloved pups from the KHS. My beloved Debbie passed away unexpectedly after 9 years, and KHS assisted me in her cremation. The staff were extremely kind and courteous and respectful. My darling Kara (almost 23 years old) passed last Thursday. She had previously been adopted, but returned when her previous owner became terminally ill. I adopted my little gray kitten Xena from them last month after suffering a horrible loss of one of our cats, her name was Molly at the shelter. She has brought so much happiness to me and my husband since we brought her home! The staff was great, very helpful. I would much rather adopt from a shelter, as you may be saving a dog or cats life!

Two months ago, I adquired a lovely furbaby from this shelter and I regret nothing, hes my company and my friend, he's a well behaved smart boy, learns quickly and is always playful.
