What a fantastic thing this group does for so many animals! Some of the negative comments on here just infuriate me, I would like to see some of the complainers step up and help animals instead of just griping about everything!

I have worked here for a few months now and I absolutely love this job, from day one. No matter how hard the decisions we have to make being able to love and feel love from all the animals is an amazing feeling! Wouldn't ask for any other job. I retract that statement. Now I will admit they do awesome work with the animals but to get wrongfully terminated by the "wonderful" HR lady because she thinks your culture and values dont go hand in hand with the companies makes you think. I adopted Sophie, and absolutely love her. The people at KHS were so helpful n friendly in helping us Seniors get together. Sophie is a such a joy in her new home. I absolutely adore here. She is busy getting to know her cousin Skittles the cat. Skittles doesn't know what to think of her, but she doesn't mind n keeps trying. She's met all the neighbors already, she has been a busy girl. Thank you to all who helped us get together.

Staff was rude to me, including the supervisor, named Karen throwing my receipt at me after I returned the dog's leash. Had the dog 5 days, but they refused to take the collar back.
