Great doctor. Easy to talk too, explains everything. I was a new patient to him and glad I got him. Would recommend him
Dr. Kancherla was wonderful. He's patient, showed concern, and had a great manner explaining information both in office and after procedure. The endoscopy center staff were fantastic, efficient and put you at ease. The center COVID-prevention was impeccable. My only frustration was with multiple appointment mistakes I caught on the portal made by general office admin and the process to correct them.
Dr Kancherla is an excellent physician. He answers questions clearly and is kind and friendly the office staff is professional.
I saw Dr. Kancherla at the request of my PCP to schedule an endoscopy. The total time for my first appointment with him, a COVID test 5 days before the endoscopy, then the endoscopy with results the same day was under 2 weeks, which included the Thanksgiving holiday where everywhere is closed! He was very kind, very thoughtful (but efficient) as was the staff. Dr. kancherla, has been mine GI for a few years now, and I absolutely think he is one of the best providers in his field. His bedside manners are outstanding. I had 3 procedures with him so far and every time has been a great experience. Now days is hard to find a good quality doctor that integrates a human touch with clinical qualities he has both !! Had a colonoscopy today and everything starting with the pre procedure appointment, follow up instructions and procedure today was handled very well. The whole staff was very friendly and reassuring.
