Dr. Kancherla is a special doctor, goes out of his way, goes the extra mile. A very special man. He cares, he listens, he's very bright and very knowledgeable! Very thorough. Great bedside manner. His staff is terrific at the office. At the endoscopy center the experience was impeccable. The time frame was as described, fast and efficient. The staff was amazing. My experience was top notch quality!!!
Can't say enough great things about Dr. Kancherla. He listens, he answers all your questions, he makes you feel at ease and most importantly he got to the root of the issue I was having. He has done both an endoscopy and colonoscopy, him and the staff make you feel so comfortable.
Very caring staff. Scope procedure was handled efficiently at the Englewood Cliffs facility. Scheduling was easy after some difficulty getting through to office. Dr. Kancherla is a gastroenterologist I can highly recommend.
First time I called got an appointment quickly. Dr. Kancherla was kind and listened to my health concerns and advised his assistant to set up an Endoscopy which was done the next day. Both offices were clean and within reach. The staffs were very attentive, helpful and kind. The medical professionals were outstanding and very caring.
I am a new patient of Dr. Kancherla whom I saw related to my fatty liver disease diagnosis from my primary care doctor. He examined me and then we discussed the type of diet and exercise plan that I would need to do over next 6 weeks or so to regenerate my liver. Dr. Kancherla was amazing in every sense. He was thorough, answered all my questions, and most importantly, put me at ease with his easy going demeanor. My first colonoscopy was a breeze, thanks to him.
I had a very nice visit, no problems. The staff was very friendly and made me very comfortable.
