Dr. Kancherla has been my Gastroenterologist for four years now and I am very satisfied with his care and the supporting staff of his office. He and his staff also tend to my general medicine needs such as annual physicals and keeping track of recommended immunizations.
Dr. Kancherla is a caring and thorough doctor who is easy to communicate with. I highly recommend him. In addition, his staff offers quality attention and care.
Dr. Kancherla and the staff at the center were kind, professional, and lovely. Each identified themselves and their respective roles, explained next steps with clarity, were warm and friendly, and made a potentially anxiety-provoking and unpleasant process as smooth and easy as it could be.
I would have given the full five stars but for one factor. Dr. Kancherla was great and my care were excellent however, I have my doubts about the Endoscopy facility in Englewood Cliffs. When I first made the appointment for the procedure I had to scan and send over a copy of my vaccination card. When people checked in they had to show their vaccination card at the front desk. EXTREMELY happy with Dr. Kancherla and the entire staff where I had my endoscopy done. Dr. Kancherla was thorough and very knowledgeable from the very first visit, I felt heard, and most importantly like I was in great hands - he made me feel comfortable and informed through it all. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
Outstanding physician, he is caring, compassionate, patient, knowledgeable.
