Had to go to Advanced Endoscopy for a colonoscopy with Dr. Kancherla. The process, from making an appointment to having the procedure, was easy to navigate. I received procedure directions from and had a reminder the day before from the office. At the facility, everything went smoothly. The staff was attentive. Dr. Kancherla greeted me and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I had written directions and a meeting with Dr. Kancherla before leaving the facility.
I scheduled routine endoscopy and colonoscopy examinations with Dr. Kancherla and I am very happy that I did. Staff was professional, informative and extremely friendly, from front office registration right through to nursing care. Facilities were spotless, front and back. Most important, Dr. Kancherla did a very thorough examination, as witnessed by the printed report I received immediately following the procedures. Would I recommend Dr. Kancherla and his practice to my family and friends? Absolutely!
Dr. Kancherla and his team were phenomenal during the pre- procedure,, the actual procedure and the post procedure in informing me of what was to be done and then after ward giving me a cogent understanding of what the procedure revealed. It was a excellent experience. I hope that the above star designation indicates excellent
