Medical aspects were very good and front desk staff efficient. I had problems with the building location. I don’t recall being given directions so checked online for the address. I saw it was 140 Sylvan Ave. I was dropped off there at 7am. The building was deserted so I knew I was in the wrong place. I called your answering service, and was assured that I was in the right place. They said they would contact the doctor on call to find out what was going on. I was recommended to Dr. Kancherla for a routine colonoscopy. He and his entire staff are are warm, caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Dr. Kancherla is very personable and professional. He is very thorough and answers all questions clearly. His visits are not rushed and I felt very at easy meeting with him. I have complete confidence being in his care.

Dr. Sandarsh and team are top notch. Made me feel comfortable in a very high anxiety situation. I used to see Dr Pinella who has retired but Dr Sandarsh is equally awesome. Your in good hands with him.
