Dr. Kancherla, was very good, first time with him & it went very well. My only suggestion & this is from my wife who was in the waiting room & said there were at least 5 patients waiting to sign in, her suggestion was to have at least two computers for signing in.
I have been a patient of Dr. Kancherla for 3 years. He is compassionate and truly cares for his patients. He takes his time with you in the office and you will never feel rushed. He will always make you feel comfortable and at ease as well as answer all of your questions honestly. I recommend him to family and friends because I know they will be receiving excellent care.
Dr Kancherla is a total professional. He takes time to hear your concerns. Explains in great detail everything thats going on and is super nice. Wish I could give him 10 stars. Thank you dr.
Overall lack of communication from the doctor and the office staff regarding a procedure performed on a family member. An endoscopy was recommended after 3 visits even though the patient was not following initial recommendations of changing diet and reducing recreational drug use.

Unlike many other physicians I have experienced who go about their business in a robotic manner, disconnected emotionally from their patients, Dr. Kancherla has both the rare ability and a distinct interest in forming a human bond with the patients he cares for. And the operative words in that sentence is truly "cares for." He has cared for me and my wife over a period of years, and I can testify that he's brought comfort to both of us with each medical visit. He's a 5-star doc.
