While we were searching for our home on our own, it was highly recommended that we use Kami. At first I thought we couldn't get much on our budget. We were proved wrong. After our initial meeting, he had prepared a list of over 30 homes us to view online, then visit within that first week. His knowledge of the local area, best school districts were very beneficial. As well as resale value! We were very impressed and pleased! Will definitely use him again!!!!

I worked with Kami Pyvand when selling our home back in 2013 and he has was very professional and impressive in his knowledge of the local real estate market, pricing, and marketing. I listed the house with him in Marietta on a Friday and we had an offer on it by the following Monday and closed 45 days later. After an unsuccessful FSBO attempt, we decided to take our house off the market. Kami contacted my wife and I about listing our property. We reluctantly agreed to meet with him. At the time I was selling my house the market condition was slow and tough to sell houses. I met Kami and my perspective changed. My experience was great, he new exactly what he was doing, highly experienced, qualified and knowledgeable on the local market. He helped me to do exactly what was needed to sell my house.
