Kami is great. he worked to negotiate a great deal in a competitive sales situation for me. He definitely knows his stuff, and is also very up front and honest, and very good with people.

I worked with Kami to sell my house and buy a new one. He was awesome at timing the listing, and getting multiple offers over the asking price. The appraisal came in strong, so I ended up with a deal better than my expectations. He also work getting my offer on another house right where I wanted it to be. From listing my house to under contract in 2 days. From the house I am buying listed to under contract in 2 days. I highly recommend Kami !!!

Kami did a great job and was helpful during the process. He is a very strong negotiator and this is strongest skill among others. He gave great advice on what to fix/change before selling our house.
