Kami amazed me with his his efficiency and responsiveness. His negotiation skills saved us $15000 on our home which was already listed lower than the market price. When he shows you a property, he always offers you his professional opinion on what he thinks is good or bad about it. In one word, I would say "HE IS GREAT".

We could not have asked for a better agent or experience!!! Kami sold two houses for us - both sold on the first weekend - the first sold for full asking price and the other was over asking price. Kami is AMAZING! Very professional service and well prepared! After struggling with other agents, a friend recommended Kami. Kami led us through a unbelievably quick sell of our home (house was under contract in 1 day, which was only 2 weeks from the day we first met him), and it was during a buyers market. Then Kami helped us get a great deal on our new home. We will go straight to him next time. Kami is the man for the job!

Kami helped us purchase a house in April of this year, although we started looking last year. A true professional in the real estate world and always there to help. Kami did a walk through of our house and told us the suggested items to fix, repair and or de-clutter. We took our time getting these items taken care of and when we put our house us for sale, we had 4 contracts in 4 days. After an inspection by the home buyers we didn't have to repair anything due to Kami's negotiating skills.

Highly professional and responsive. Came to know about Kami through a friend of mine when we were looking to buy a house.
