Kami is a very good realtor with very strong negotiation shills. He is open, honest and listens to your needs. During the time we were looking for a home, we were also trying to sell our old home. Kami is very knowledgable and in every way an expert in his field. As his site states, he is nationally ranked among the top elite realtors; I don't doubt it for a second. Kami helped us to buy our two houses. He is an excellent real estate. Really nice and knowledgeable person. He knows how to do his job! We saw the house we wanted on Friday and by Sunday we had lender, signed paper and the house was ours. That was the third house we looked at!!! We had amazing experience with him. I definitely encourage you to give him a call before you buy your dream house.

Kami is very knowable and aggressive in helping to sell/buy a home. He sold our home in record time and found our new home in exactly the area we wanted to move to. He was always available to us if we had any questions or concerns. We would not think twice about using Kami again.

Kami helped us purchase our home. At the time we had no knowledge of the local market, neighborhood, or anything else in that respect. It was a new State we we moving into. Turns out, he found us a great deal in one of the best neighborhoods, at a great price, with no headaches, and very smooth transaction. We are grateful for the great deal he brought us, his help, courtesy, professionalism, and friendship.

Genuine would be an under statement. Kami has made our home buying experience an eye opener. You will not find a real-estate agent who will give their clients the positives AND negatives about any and all the houses that you go look at. We found this to be the most beneficial.
