Kami is truly the best! He has nothing but the clients interests in mind. He is knowledgeable, experienced, communicative and works within the parameters you give to him. Kami has remained in close contact, sending hand written notes, updates on the market and calls periodically to check in. If you are looking for a hands on, knowledgeable and kind Realtor who will make you feel secure throughout the stressful transaction process, Kami is your guy. I would definitely recommend Kami and would not hesitate to use her again.

Mr. Pyvand helped us complete a difficult sale at time when the economy was very bad. He sold our home where several other realtors had tried and failed. We have since used him on other realty transactions and he has not disappointed. He is very professional and is works harder then anyone we have dealt with before.

He predicted, if we take his recommendation and act on it , he would be able to sell our house in 30 days, and in 21 days we had a contract on our house !! This was when the housing market was bad. He also helped us make the right choice and not choose a house due to pressure of time. It reached a point where he understood our needs very well and could eliminate any prospective houses if they did not match what we were looking for. We asked him to buy a house for us in 2007 .He took a good care of our points and helped us a lot . Very soon he bought our favorite house in a short time and since then we don't have any problem and we are so happy and satisefied!

Update 2018: 7 years later and 5 homes since, we still compare every realtor that we encounter with Kami and none come close. 2011: Having bought and sold 7 homes thus far in our lives, I think we have more experience with realtors than the average person.
