We bought the house with Kami while we were in the heap of the saturated market full of investors but Kami got us a gem of a house to which we sold after two years of ownership, which Kami listed our house and we made a sizable amount of money. Not only is he a professional real estate agent, he is a great person to work with and he gets the job done! He has top notch negotiating skills and covers you on every aspect of either buying and selling a house! Thank you for all you do!

Kami was top notch. He was able to quickly identify what changes and fix ups needed to be done with the house that were cheap but would make a big impression with buyers. He was also able to set a good starting price given the comp history. He was always available and quick to respond. We had several offers and he did a great job negotiating the offers to get the best price for me and sold the property very quickly. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

My wife and I would like to recommend Kami Pyvand as an excellent real state broker. Kami listened well, was attentive to our needs and strived to understand our likes and dislikes. Unlike other brokers we had worked with, He didn’t try to steer us to view homes that didn’t fit the profile we discussed with him. Kami is a highly knowledgeable professional who understand the real estate market in detail. He also is a great listener and a great adviser. He makes sure you understand the issues which is going to affect the sale of your property. He tells you the truth even if he loses listing your home.
