Lee is the real deal. I had been training calisthenics on and off for 2 years before I joined, but my progress took off exponentially when I joined Kalos Sthenos, and I got my first muscle ups and handstands within months. There is something for everyone with the class schedule and the community in the gym is next level supportive and motivational, with regular socials. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to try out or level up their calisthenics.

I joined the gym a few weeks ago with some trial lessons and it didn’t take long to become totally addicted! I come away from each class feeling good and motivated! The trainers are very professional and make each session both challenging and fun. Whatever your level is they make you feel very supported. The gym has a nice and welcoming environment; people are very nice and you feel part of the group from the very first lesson! All of this makes Kalos Sthenos Republic a very unique place!

Top team with top training! Was visiting London for an event and was warmly welcomed. Well thoughtout and adapted training to all levels. The only requirement is passion and determination. Look forward to popping over again.

I've been using this gym for a few months now and I really enjoy the classes, particularly because the size of the classes are small and you get hands on support from the coaches who are all brilliant. I've trained with Lee the most, and he personalises some of the exercises to suit me, which I really appreciate. He also pushes me to do better, is patient whilst I am learning new things, and is an all round great coach. The environment is also fun and super friendly. I would highly recommend.
