Kaizen is the second Jiu Jitsu academy I've attended and the best. Detailed lesson plans, intense warm ups (that'll melt those unwanted pounds away), and an attentive professor who values each one of his students, make Kaizen a top notch institute. I, like most people, am skeptical by nature; especially when it comes to service related industries. I don't go around passing out 5-Star ratings but in the case of Kaizen Martial Arts, I had to make an exception. Professor Wyman and his wife are just good people! It shows in the cleanliness of the school, how they interact with their students and more importantly how they treat their guests.
