My grandma took a diamond there to be valued (she found it at home and wasn’t sure if it was a piece of glass or not) and they told her it was glass and offered to “dispose” of it. Had it valued elsewhere at £900. Bit odd.
Brought some earrings from Kaizen and they were very courteous and helpful selecting them. They had outstanding aftercare with good communication! Highly recommended buying from them and will personally be using them again.

I recently lost my wonderful nan and one of her most treasured rings got very damaged in hospital. I brought it to Kaizen in the hopes they could repair it and they've done the most amazing job of restoring, resizing and cleaning it so I can continue to wear it. Thankyou to the lovely people at Kaizen for taking such good care of something so sentimental to me.
