I have had many positive experiences at kaiser sunset. Been hospitalized here 3x and each time I felt in good hands.
Have been with KP for over a decade now. Yes, it's a big HMO, so you have to be ready for bureaucracy, but having all your doctors and pharmacies under one roof is worth it.
Usually the experience is fine here, with occasional hiccups. Most of the people are helpful. The urgent care is a disaster, better to try to see your main doctor.
