I booked in for full set on my hands and I booked it for 2oclock and I didn’t get my slot that I booked for over a hour and a half! Then I had 3 different people working on them here and there. Was home by 6 o’clock. Won’t be trying them again. Deffo a fat no from me!!
Excellent services i got last week. One of best i got in Reading. But i found difficulty in Parking. I request the owner to make sure the parking in front of shop should be only for customers. There should be a proper notice displayed that says NO PARKING so that no one can park in front of shop except the customers. I will visit again soon. Thank you

4pm on a Friday door locked, the guy had one woman in there only! When asked if he could do infills he very rudely said “NO to busy” I used to come to kais who (was) very good but have been using closer to home! Will now continue to use Rachel’s!
