The 2 stars are based on 2 factors: 1) The salon looks lovely and comfortable 2) The owner is very friendly and gave good advice - not sure of her name but the director I called to book a consultation for balayage. I attended my appointment, and the lady ran through everything and advised on all the concerns with my hair as I used box dye and would require a lot of work as there were patches which was completely understandable.
