I try to drop into some of Mestrando Soquete's classes every time I'm in Toronto visiting family, and I always leave newly motivated and inspired. Soquete is so dedicated to the art and helping others improve. With his many years of martial arts and yoga experience he offers such a unique perspective on the movements and explains things in detail and with infinite patience. Amazingly friendly and welcoming martial arts community. No matter your experience level, Soquete and his students make classes easy to get into. Furthermore, every class has a great focus on the intertwined body systems of martial arts including flexibility and strength training!
