We had a problem with our flat roof which was still under guarantee and called them up to advise them of the problem that was in February someone came out had a look and said he would be in touch many phone calls later he still didn't come out to do work that was needed. Even though he said he would. It is now June and work still not carried out We have had to go to another roofer firm to get work done . Would not recommend.
These 5 stars certainly weren’t earned for driving. At 08:33 on Lobley Hill Road, a KL Smith Roofing van (WR19) recklessly forced its way into traffic at full speed, cutting between cars without warning or any indicators. Not sure how much you value your own life, mate - though I’ve got a rough idea - but roofing is definitely not worth risking other people’s lives for.
Kevin made a brilliant job repairing my roof after it suffered storm damage. I would recommend his company to anyone!
We needed felt & tiles replacing around a Velux roof window to prevent water ingress. They checked what was needed, provided an estimate & did the work in good time. They also refixed the Velux window. Very knowledgeable. Recommended.
K.L Smith renewed my front of house gutter earlier in the year (2024). About 2 weeks ago (November 2024) one end of the gutter came loose. The company was very courteous and concerned about this. A roofer was sent round on a Sunday and the problem was hopefully resolved. I am impressed to see a roofing company be so concerned with the quality of its work especially if a subsequent problem arises. Well done.
