I have used Boswell Solicitors on more than one occasion, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Peter and the team have been excellent throughout the process — proactive in chasing matters, efficient with paperwork, and always keeping things moving. Even when the other party has been slow to respond, they have consistently acted in my best interests and worked hard to resolve any issues promptly and effectively. 5th time I rang to get some help from the utterly disinterested on-duty solicitor following a false arrest. No contact at all from him and it's been over 4 months now and counting since the incident. Incompetent
I’ve not even completed on the house (or have a completion date) but I already wish I’d picked a different solicitor. I’ve spoken to Kay and she was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. They are incapable of chasing up enquiries and won’t update me without me asking them to. After requesting multiple times what is left to receive from enquiries, Kay basically refused to chase; even though it hadn’t been chased in 10 days. They’re incapable of being proactive; don’t waste your money.
Just used K Boswell to purchase the Freehold on our home and they were excellent would highly recommend using them and will use them again should I need a solicitor
