I have recently used this company for conveyancing the sale of a property. Peter, Zena and the rest of the team were both professional and approachable. Kept me informed throughout the process via post and email and clearly explained the otherwise complex legal frameworks involved in the process. I found K Boswell & Company Solicitors online in the Law Society guide for Solicitors. From start to finish was brilliant, price was great, service was brilliant. Would definitely recommend to gamily and friends.
I decided to use a local solicitors rather than the remote, anonymous conveyancers you often get when selling a home. After a bit of research, K Boswell seemed to be a perfect choice - local, approachable, competitive and experienced. What a good choice to make: from start to finish, communication was great. Peter and the team kept me informed of what the steps were and where we were in the process. And when the buyer wanted to exchange contracts quickly everything was done to make it happen. Couldn't be happier!
Update: 2024: Empathetic support for the creation of updated and simplified mirror wills. Smooth experience. 2019: Great support during conveyancing process. Information always given when asked. Impression was of much better service than buyer or sellers' solicitors. Empathetic approach appreciated as most are not used to buying and selling houses.
