A gem of a shop! Pun intended. Fantastic, good old fashioned personal service from Mark and Phil at Bromsgrove. We have used the shop for minor jewellery repairs and watch batteries for a number of years and could not fault the quality of service and cost. So we decided to ask them for an estimate to repair and replace two diamonds in two rings that are of huge sentimental value to my husband and I. Fantastic staff and service, so prompt and knowledgeable a really good job done on resizing a ring, even taking the extra effort to not lose the hallmarks on the outside of the ring, thank you

Went into K Bassam Jewellers today to get my St Christopher repaired. I didn't hold out much hope that this would be able to be done due to the nature of the fault. However Phil said he could try for me. Within the hour Phil called me to say he had done it, have to say it is amazing! He has done a really good job and given me back a St Christopher that is very special to me, but I think Phil understood this. Thank you Phil and K Bassam you are an amazing jewellers!

Thank you Mark and Phil for your knowledge and great service. It was the first time we had visited Bassams in Bromsgrove. We needed several rings to be resized and a bracelet to be repaired. We had left it late as we were going to a wedding a few days later. Nevertheless the work was completed in good time and was excellent. Mark and Phil are really nice guys, polite and helpful. We recommend them to you.
