Lindsey greeted me w a big smile and made me feel very welcome. Additionally she extended my accommodations and put me on the same floor as my associates which made it comfortable and easy for me. The restaurant The Filling station staff were all extremely kind and Gave exceptional service as well. I would stay at this hotel again based on the excellent treatment I received.
As far as location if you want to be in DTLA it is ideal. Plenty to do in the area with LA Live, Staples Center, the Grammy museum, and plenty of restaurants. Most importantly, the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.
So far very good - one thing is the outdoor patio for my room needs cleaning badly cigarette butts and empty beer bottle and the dead leaves everywhere
